About Me

I'm Alice, a certified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor for over 6 years.

I train clients 1:1 and teach HITT and Group Fight at CityFitness.

​

When I'm not in the gym training for my next HYROX, you'll find me playing hockey, attempting to surf, trying out a new restaurant or on some outdoor adventure.

 

From a small town with big fruit, to the capital city of NZ, I'm here to help you become the fittest & strongest version of yourself!
